Our Traditions

Since 1966, we’ve upheld our hometown values as the guiding light of business growth.

1966

In 1966, Arlin Parker started a line striping business with not much more than a Kelly Creswell Model-C line painting machine and a strong work ethic. For years, he applied that hard work to every project he took on, striping parking lots for local businesses and universities across upstate New York.

1986

Christian Parker takes over the company with the vision of expanding it regionally and nationally.

2003

Parker Line Striping forms partnerships with some of America’s largest companies in Eastern US. Expands service locations.

2014

In 2014, Christian Parker created National Pavement as a division of Parker Line Striping to bring our paving and pavement marking expertise nationwide, serving many national retail chains and leading to expansion across the country. Over the past five decades, we’ve built our company as a self-performing paving company allowing us to partner with leading local paving teams whose values align with ours so we can provide the best paving services across the country.

Quality Control IconQuality Control

From the moment Arlin Parker got his first job striping parking lots in 1966, he knew ensuring quality would be the only way he’d keep getting hired (after all, back then, word of mouth, reputation, and some advertising were the only ways to get your town familiar with your service!). We continue to maintain that dedication to quality by offering a thorough quality assurance program with every project, to ensure that every job we finish is performed to our exact standards.

Delivering on Promises IconDelivering on Promises

Every project and partnership, no matter how big or small, no matter if it’s a national brand or a local business, deserves integrity. Just like the hometown values we held in 1966, our word is our bond – that means we will work tirelessly to complete every project on time, within (or under!) budget, and to your complete satisfaction!

Our Ethical Practices IconOur Ethical Practices

We believe good work, integrity, and ethics lead to continued success in business. We’re guided by our service commitment that includes ensuring:

  • We will work within your budget to determine the best services for your needs rather than push the most expensive services.
  • We never cut corners to finish a job on time or within budget – we blend quality work with efficiency and value!
  • We only use the best quality materials to ensure the longevity of our work.

Economies of Scale IconEconomies of Scale

By aligning ourselves with key material providers throughout the country and using proprietary scheduling processes, we are able to provide efficiency and cost savings to each client. Unlike smaller paving companies, we have the scale to drive down material and travel costs on every project we complete.
